R.I.P. Junior Seau

I had the pleasure to see the late great San Diego Charger Junior Seau play live while I was living in San Diego at the start of the century.  He was a local legend, and he will be sorely missed.  I know he did have some trouble awhile ago, after he lost his reality show but by all accounts recently he seemed to be doing fine.  But with depression, you never know. It is such a huge shock. Suicide is never the answer, people! Get help!

RE: Andrew Breitbart

note to my friends on the left: the death of a political enemy should NEVER be wished for or celebrated, especially someone so young. we are better than that side, remember? the “party of life” is full of warmongers, those who hate the poor and those who care nothing for nature or the health of fellow Americans in supporting profit over the environment. let’s continue to expose them and not stoop to their level. Andrew was a liberal once and may have seen the error of his ways eventually and then done some good for society.

much sympathy to his family and friends

hey GOP guess what?

this contraception controversy isn’t gonna help the GOP at all in the 2012 general election, in fact it will probably hurt. Many single women are independent voters and don’t want sexless creepy old men in robes trying to keep contraception from them, they’ll run to Obama and he will win.

Besides after the Catholic Church Child Molestation scandal of the past decade, the Catholic Church is hardly a moral authority anymore now is it?

just my 2 cents....

very unlikely either of these clowns will unseat President Obama. You need a 3rd party candidate or super charismatic candidate like Reagan and Clinton to beat an incumbent. Needless to say that ain’t Romney and any 3rd party candidate will split votes from Willard not Barack. Not in the cards this go-round, teabaggers. why do you think the A-Team guys like Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, Chris Christie, Sarah Palin and Bobby Jindal are on the bench?
